Demand Generation

Demand generation can fuel predictable revenue growth, but only when strategy, data, and execution all work together. That's why I approach it as a fully integrated system, not just a set of one-off campaigns. I always start with clear ICPs and buyer journeys, align closely with sales and CX teams, set pipeline-based KPIs, and use testing and attribution to keep optimizing for whatever drives meaningful results.  

Product Marketing

Strong product marketing should always start with the customer: who it’s for, what problem it solves, and why it matters. I've partnered closely with product teams to build clear value stories and competitive positioning, led disciplined go-to-market initiatives, and aligned with sales team to shorten NPI ramp ups, driving faster adoption, clearer differentiation, and ultimately, sustained revenue impact.

Customer Marketing

I've always viewed customer marketing as a growth lever, not a retention afterthought. With this, I see voice-of-customer data as an essential asset with the power to flip revenue strategies from reactive to proactive. I’ve also worked closely with sales and CX teams to deploy best practices across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and advocacy. The result? Deeper customer engagement, increased lifetime value, true brand ambassadors, and reduced churn.

Brand Development

Top brands know how to set the right expectations before a sales call ever starts. They can build trust, shorten sales cycles, defend pricing, and make growth more efficient. But these benefits don’t happen on their own. To maximize brand value, I start with clear strategy and positioning, then align identity, messaging, and experience across channels. Along the way, I track awareness and preference, using VoC to stay relevant, differentiated, and above all, aligned to business goals.

About Me

Outside of work, my husband and I stay busy raising our three young boys.  I'm usually cheering from the sidelines of a weekend soccer game or tennis match, which I also enjoy playing, along with pickleball. In my free time, I also volunteer for our school PTA, helping to run the yearbook and communications. In general, I like to stay busy and always have some sort of home DIY project going on.
